RCB Segmentation optional field has been made deprecated by the standard.
UCA PIXIT template, item RP2, still mentions segmentation optional field in RP2.

Proposal

Update UCA PIXIT template to remove segmentation optional field in RP2

Segmentation is not deprecated. It is set by the server as soon as the report message needs to be segmented, i.e. will be transmitted over more than 1 segment.
When the optFlds.segmentation is set in a report message, the paramteres subSeqNum and moreSegmentFollow are included in the report message.

The attribute segmentation has been deprecated in the SCL language, as this is not a configuration issue to set it, but a runtime issue. The server based on the report message size and the negotiated segment size for the association determines if the report message will need to be segmented or not. 		15 May 19 Discussion (red)
