Issue

In "Table 8 – PQ records for Class A and Class S devices", flicker is mentioned as both short term (Pst) and long term (Plt). The same notation is used in "Figure 21 – State of the art data modeling for use case “Request for power quality
measurements”."

However in the enumerated data types of section 7.5 and the SCL enumerations of Annex A the term Plt is used for both short term and long term flicker. This is present in "Figure 31 – Enumerated data attribute types", "Table 49 – Literals of FlickerCalcMethodKind" and "A.1
SCL enumerations (from DOEnums_90_17)"
