Issue

It would be helpful to have a possibility for downloading the actual SCL-schema, agreed by GoE.

Proposal

Create a downloading area for the schema on the webpage of UCAinternational.

Discussion Created Status
This is under discussion with IEC. Without permission from IEC, we are not allowed to make published standards or extracts of it available on a webpage. The schema is definitly a part of the published standard IEC 61850-6.

We (Karlheinz Schwarz and Christoph Brunner) have a meeting at the central office in Geneva on May 2nd where we will also discuss that issue. 		22 Apr 05 Not Applicable
