Issue

In part 5 (IEC 61850-5)p.33, it is mentioned that the Automatic Infeed Switching is an example for the use of GAPC (11.2.3 in part 5). In the meantime the same functionality is requested also by the DER people. Using GAPC means always a very loose link to the sematics.

Proposal

Add a new LN of type Axyz for the Automatic Infeed Switching should be created.
