15   bufOvfl in Schema?

Issue

In analogy to TISSUE #6 the attribute “bufOvfl” shall be deleted in the ReportControl/OptFields* section of SCL also.
This attribute is set by the server dynamically, so there is no need to configure it.

Proposal

This attribute shall be removed. Check if this items affects 7-2 and 8-1.

Discussion Created Status
As agreed in the UCAIUG telco of 8 April 2014 this tissue needs additional clarification.

For the SCL schema of Edition 1 the comment of 30jan2005 applies to remove "bufOvfl" from the schema.

For the SCL schema of Edition 2 the comment from 05jan2007 applies to add "bufOvfl" again.

Also changed the category to Intop Edition 1. 		09 Apr 14 In Force (green)
According to the last draft 7-2 version 2 the bufOvfl optField will still be needed - so it will stay as is 05 Jan 07 In Force (green)
