Issue

The tissue #120 implies the deifinition of a new generic type:
CtxInt : the context interger. This CtxInt is the int that shall be use in the INS ans INC CDC. The mapping will specified the size of the CtxInt. Changes have to be made accordingly in 7-2 and 7-3.

Proposal

Proposal: 7-2
add basic Type CtxInt.

7-3 redefine CDC INS and INC.

Discussion Created Status
CxtInt concept is obsolete. New CDC have been defined/decided during the WG10 meeting in Fredericia: Feb/08.
INS, INC and ING remains CDCs for INT32.
ENS, ENC and ENG CDC have been added to deal with enumerated type.

It is not only the mapping which defines the size, but also the usage in the application, i.e. within 7-4 (INS/INC as Enum). The mapping rules then have just to handle CtxInt as Integer or CtxInt as Enum (as is already done). 03 May 05 Discussion (red)
