Issue

setDataSetValues is not implementable in a manner that provides predictable results.

When one or more values cannot be written the behavior is unspecified. The common use of dataSets is to monitor read only process data. Therefore, a useful dataset is, in practice, guaranteed to fail.

Proposal

Because this service has no significant usecase, and the same could be accomplished with a simple write, and the results are unpredictable, the proposal is to deprecate setDataSetValues.
