Issue

There seems to be some inconsistency as to whether the P group LNs have Mandatory or Optional .Str
PDIF.Str is O
PDIS.Str is M
PDIR.Str is M
PDOP.Str is M
PDUP.Str is M
PFRC.Str is M
PHAR.Str is M but has NO .Op!
PHIZ.Str is M
PIOC.Str is O (perhaps logically as it is instantaneous by definition as is its PIOC.Op)
PMRI.Str is non existent and PMRI.Op is O ??????
PMSS.Str and .Op are O
POPF.Str is M
PPAM.Str is M
PRTR.Str is M
PSDE.Str is M but PSDE.Op is O?? it must have start but may never indicate it has operated????
PTEF.Str is C – at least one of .Str or .Op must be present – why only on this LN?
PTHF.Str is M
PTOC.Str is M
PTOF.Str is M
PTOV.Str is M but .Op is O?? it must have start but may never indicate it has operated????
PTTR.STr is O
PTUC.Str is M
PTUF.Str is M
PTUV.Str is M
PUPF.Str is M
PVOC.Str is M
PVPH.Str is M
PZSU.Str is M

Proposal

Review each LN to establish consistent M and O - in particular these ones
PDIF
PIOC
PMRI
PMSS
PSDE
PTEF
PTOV
