Regarding tissue # 1294:
In additional discussions within editor group it has been recognized that the already available SIML data GasInsAlm, GasInsTr, GasFlwTr shall be used for signal from Buchholz relay (not "may be used for Buchholz alarm/trip"). Unfortunately the description in edition 1 and 2 for these DO were not correct. So we suggest to withdraw the decision from tissue #1294 and propose a new description for GasInsAlm, GasInsTr, GasFlwTr.

GasInsAlm - If true, volume of fault gas generation in Buchholz relay reached alarm level
GasInsTr - If true, volume of fault gas generation in Buchholz relay reached trip level
GasFlwTr - If true, flow of liquid in Buchholz relay reached trip level
