Category: Issue for edition 2 of this part

Issue

For details please refer to the attachment that contains several figures as well.
In short, after application of Tissue 1261, RSYN and CSYN now have 28 duplicated/identical DOs, whereas they semantically belong to RSYN.

Proposal

For details please refer to the attachment that contains several figures as well.
In short, for Ed.2.1:
1) Deprecate 28 DOs in CSYN and refer to their RSYN counterparts, AND
2) Move figure describing adaptation angle ('AdpAngDeg') from CSYN to RSYN.
In some future edition, remove deprecated DOs from CSYN.

I would like to confirm that this tissue will be applied in amd. 2.1 07 Jul 15 Ballot Period
Agreed to create a new abstract LN and move the 28 common DOs into it. The abstract LN inherits from ControlledLN. That means data objects (Loc, LocSta, LocKey, CmdBlk and OpCntRs ) will also be modeled in RSYN. 01 Jul 15 Ballot Period
The TF UML is working on a proposal to improve the model by adding an abstractLN for both RSYN and CSYN. The proposal will respect backward compatibility. 13 May 15 Discussion (red)
The first section/statement in the attached file is not true.
There was no agreed conclusion between editors that the 28 mentioned DOs belong to RSYN. CSYN should have all necessary DO's to execute its function. This is valid also for RSYN. A duplication of DO's is allowed if necessary (the number of duplicated DO should not make any impact).
Also for backwards compatibility reasons I want to reject the proposal.
The tissue will be discussed in the next WG10 meeting.
The proposal will be set on hold.
