In tissue #912 a proposal of a new DO is provided. As this tissue belongs to category "Interop" and adding a new DO belongs to category "Next revision" we propose this new tissue.So the issue of adding the new DO moves from tissue #912.

Proposal

Add ZSMC.WRtg (ASG, optional, Rated active power) in the next revision of part 7-4 (v2.1)
