Issue

ACT is defined as "Protection activation information".
However it is used in PSCH for 3-phase indication (non-protection related information) for the TxXXX and RxXXX DOs.

So, either the description in 7-3 should be updated, or a new CDC should be created and the CDCs for PSCH.TxXXX and PSCH.RxXXX updated.

As indicated already above ACT is used not only for "protection activation information". We need also a single phase operation (e.g. for de-iceing. This neads the also either a new CDC or - more easy - an update of the ACT description. 08 May 14 Discussion (red)
