Issue

Both IEC 60870-5-101 and 60870-5-104 schema define a restricted simple type enumUsedBy:
controlled-station; controlling-station.

However, the attribute "usedBy" of tIEC_60870_5_101Address and of tIEC_60870_5_104Address
is defaulted to ControlledStation

Proposal

default value should be one of the allowed enumeration:e.g. controlled-station
