In continuation of Tissue#1197, Clarification is required for the below:
As per the design considerations of TR 61850-90-1:2010-03, Clause 5.5 (Transfer/Direct Tripping):
"For Fast Tripping, the propagation delay shall be small (e.g.: less than 5ms).
Clause "11.2.1.1 and 11.2.1.2" of Part-5 Ed.2, suggests TT5 (<=10ms)for the above.
Please Clarify.
