Issue

As per Clause 11.2.1.1, P1 is for fast messages within the substation and P2 is for such messages between the Substations.
As per 5.2.2, Only Interfaces 2 & 11 belong to communication between two substations.
As per 11.2.1.2:
For P2, TT6 is applicable (<= 10ms), but in the "Typical for interface" column, Interfaces 2,3 & 11 are suggested.

Proposal

As interface 3 does not belong to P2(messages between the Substations), it shall not be suggested there. Moreover, IF3 has already been suggested for P1 in the same clause.
