Issue

Part 7-2 defines ResvTms as INT16 but the table 61 in 8.1 uses unsigned.

The negative values of the ResvTms field is also explained in 7.2, so it seems that 7.2 has specified an integer attribute, but 8.1 has changed its type.

Proposal

Please, modify table 61 in 8.1 and change the ResvTms type in the BRCB from unsigned to integer.
