Issue

In the table A.4, the unit name for the value '62' (real power) is 'watts (I2R)' with the symbol 'W'.

In the annex D, the <EnumType id="SIUnit"> with the value '62' has the symbol 'Watts'

Which of both is the right one?

If the symbol 'W' is the right one, what is the difference to the enum vlaue '38' which also reflect the power with the symbol 'W'?
