Issue

As an outcome of other Tissues (see e.g. 899, 904 and 1101) it should be carefully checked if all control data objects (DOs) in all IEC 61850-7-420 LNs are really controls or rather settings.

Proposal

- Change data type (CDC) of DOs DCIP.TrgSpd and DCIP.EngTrqSet from APC to ASG
- Change CDC of DOs ExtGain, PhLdComp, StabSigWash, StabGain, ExtCeilV and ExtCeilA of LN DEXT from APC to ASG
- Change CDC of DOs DEXC.ExtVTms and DEXC.ExtVDurTms from INC to ING
- Change CDC of DO MFLW.FanSpdSet from APC to ASG
