The data model is described in IEC 61850-7-420 Ed2 		31 Aug 22 Approval (Future Improvement)
The object models for frequency ride-through will be handled in 7-420, while any informative text would be added to a subsequent update of 90-7. 07 Oct 13 Ballot Period
