Issue

The model with transient /non-transient signals is not always consistent.
ARCO.DschBlk (T) vs. ZCAP.DschBlk ()
PTRC.Op () vs. Pxxx.Op (T)
RREC.OpCls () vs. CSWI.OpCls (T)

Proposal

Change the data object property "Transient" as:
ARCO.DschBlk should be non-transient
PTRC.Op should be transient
RREC.OpCls should be transient

The future technical report about the use of the data model should consist a decription how transient/non-transient are used.
