Page: 23, 24

Clause: 5.3.3, 5.3.4

Paragraph:

Category: No impact on this part

Issue

Refer as well TISSUE 902 Control Blocks in CommonLN.
in -6 Ed.2 Log and LCB are included in tAnyLN
in-7-4 Ed.2, common LN does not include Log or LCB. LLN0 includes both of them.
TISSUE 902 resolution: common LN includes LCB, LLN0 includes Log.

Proposal

Propose: common LN includes both LCB and Log, in accord with -6 Ed.2.

Discussion Created Status
LOG only belongs to LLN0 within the IEC 61850-7-4 model. 7-2 states it also. Part 6 allows LOG within any LN but this is an issue of the domain owner to define which logical node class defines LOG.
(see tissue 876).

As for LCB, the tissue 902 and 875 and 876 already takes care of defining where LCB belong: common logical node.

therefore, I'd propose to turn the tissue to blue.
