From the editor meeting December 2013: Add new abbreviation DT (Daylight time) and ST(Standard time). These abbreviations are commonly used in time zone definition (e.g. EST, EDT)
The proposal to change to remove the duplicate Tm in LTIM.TmChgDayTm, TmChgStdTm is agreed in principle. Using the above abbreviations, the new names will be: TmChgDT and TmChgST.
By using these abbreviations the mandatory DOs TmDT and TmUseDT do not need to change.
10 Dec 13 Ballot Period
Based on the missing discussion since March 2013 and our experience we assume that these DOs have been not used up to now. I join the opinion of Pierre and support this proposal. 11 Nov 13 Discussion (red)
