Issue

OldEntrTm and NewEntrTm are defines by 8.1.3.8 (EntryTime)
However, 7-2 , p. 77. Table 31 defines them as TimeStamp

Proposal

One of the two is wrong: is it 7-2 or 8-1 ?
I suggest to trust 7-2 and change the reference in 8-1 to 8.1.3.7

7-2 should have defined NewEntrTm and OldEntrTm as EntryTime and not a TimeStamp.
Reason:
QueryLogByTime uses a parameter RangeStartTime that is defined as "shall contain the time of the log entry selected."
Time of the Entries is typed in Table 41 of IEC61850-7-2 as EntryTime.

Therefore: a new Tissue in IEC61850-7-2 has been created. #1092 		12 Apr 13 Discussion (red)
