is there any method to convert .icd files to .scd files??
Technically both are same only but due to system limitation we need .scd ext file.

A ICD-file consists the capability of an IED (data model, communication capability etc). A SCD-file is more. It consists the configuration of the communication system of a SAS. That means, the instances of the IED-descriptions, the communication configuration (in communication section, but also all the data sets and control blocks for communication set while the system engineering process). So there is no simple conversation available. Please look in part 6 of the IEC 61850.
