Issue

Conflict between IEC 61850-7-4 and IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviations:
- In IEC 61850-7-420: 'Thrm' means 'Thermal'
- In IEC 61850-7-4: 'Thm' means 'Thermal'

Proposal

- Adapt to IEC 61850-7-4 abbreviation 'Thm', i.e. remove IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviation 'Thrm'.
- Rename all DOs of LN DCTS starting with 'Thrm' to start with 'Thm' now.
