Conflict between -7-4 and -7-420 abbreviations:
- In IEC 61850-7-420: 'Cct' means 'Circuit'
- In IEC 61850-7-4: 'Circ' means 'Circulating, circuit'

Proposal

- Adapt to IEC 61850-7-4 abbreviation 'Circ', i.e. remove IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviation 'Cct'
- Rename DOPR.InCctID to DOPR.InCircID
- Rename DOPR.OutCctID to DOPR.OutCircID
- Rename DOPR.CctPh to DOPR.CircPh
- Rename DPVM.MdulOpnCctV to DPVM.MdulOpnCircV
- Rename DPVM.MdulSrtCctA to DPVM.MdulSrtCircA
- Rename DRAZ.OpCctDirTms to DRAZ.OpCircDirTms
- Rename DRAZ.ShCctDirTms to DRAZ.ShCircDirTms
