Issue

The name of FSEQ.Start uses a not declared abbreviation 'Start'.

Proposal

Use the existing abbreviation 'Str' from IEC 61850-7-4, i.e. change this DO name to FSEQ.Str

To avoid different CDCs for identically named DOs 'Str' in various LNs and to have a heteregeneous definition with LN HSEQ of IEC 61850-7-410 Ed. 2 the DO FSEQ.Start shall be renamed to FSEQ.StrCmd (not FSEQ.Str as originally proposed).
