A technical issue – a tissue – is a question or a problem raised against one part of IEC 61850: something in the standard that is unclear, contradictory or wrong. Tissues are collected here, discussed by the working group responsible for that part, and given an agreed answer, which stays with the tissue for anyone to read afterwards. Reading needs no account. Anyone can open the list of parts, read the tissues raised against each one and follow the discussion. A free account is needed only to raise a tissue, to comment on one, or to subscribe to a part and be sent a weekly summary of what changed in it.
