Clause: 3.2 and 5.2.7

Paragraph:

Category: Issue for edition 2 of this part

Issue

There is a conflict between IEC 61850-7-4 and IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviations for DO names:
- In -7-420: 'Imp' means 'Import'
- In -7-4: 'Imp' means 'Impedance non-phase-related'

Proposal

Create a new abbreviation 'Impt' for 'Import' and rename all IEC 61850-7-420 Data Objects (DOs) having 'Imp' in its name to use 'Impt' instead.
This affects the DO DCCT.CnttImpWLim, which has been renamed to CnttImptWLim.
