Clause: 3.2, 6.1.4, 6.2.2

Paragraph:

Category: Issue for edition 2 of this part

Issue

There is a conflict between IEC 61850-7-4 and IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviations for DO names:
- In -7-420: 'Inert' means 'Inertia'
- In -7-4: 'Iner' means 'Inertia'

Proposal

Rename all IEC 61850-7-420 Data Objects (DOs) having 'Hyd' in its name to use 'H2' instead.
This affects the following DOs:
- DREX.ExtInertTms renamed to ExtInerTms
- DRAZ.InertTms renamed to InerTms
