Clause: 3.2, 7.2.3

Paragraph:

Category: Issue for edition 2 of this part

Issue

There is a conflict between IEC 61850-7-4 and IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviations for DO names:
- In -7-420: 'Ind' means 'Independant'
- In -7-4 and -7-410: 'Ind' means 'Indication'

Proposal

Create a new abbreviation 'Indp' for 'Independant' and rename all IEC 61850-7-420 Data Objects (DOs) having 'Ind' in its name to use 'Indp' instead.
This affects the DO DFCL.GriIndWRtg, which has been renamed to GriIndpWRtg.
