Issue

Currently a setting is missing to configure the nominal frequency (50 or 60 Hz) for an IED.
Maybe this item is already addressed but I don't know any decision.

Those settings are available in the Transformers LN: TCTR, and TVTR. They are configured/visible in the SCL-SCD file as a setting of the TCTR/TVTR. But it's also a parameter of the Relay, and of its algorithm. Therefore, those settings shall be included in the Relay for cross/consistency check. Either the relay has TCTR/TVTR, then the settings are available in the IED. Or the TCTR/TVTR are remote, then we recommend to add a Proxy LDevice hosting the TCTR/TVTR in the Relay to have access to the current setting of the IED protection/related protection/measurement logical nodes.	02 Apr 05	Not Applicable
