Why is not present in Table 10 a column M/O as it is done for table 8?

Proposal

Add an M/O column in Table 10.
Supply a default value for each attribute name : M is proposed.

Add the column M/O in Table 10. And set all values to M.
If one attribute is not suppoted, then the value should be communicated as FALSE.
