Issue

This tissue is intended to serve as a single entry point for the revision of clauses 1 to 13. Tissues with regard to clauses 1 to 13 will get a reference to this "single entry point" tissue.

The revised text for clauses 1 to 13 will be made available in this tissue.

We have decided (for the time being!) that we use more or less "informal" names unless we really write a formal definition. These diagrams a not formal ... they are descriptive.

We decided that Logs should (for the time being) be allowed in Server, LD, and LN ... not only in LLN0

According to the new figure 3, I have these comments :
- GSSE may not refer to a Data Set (refer to table 30)
- in my mind, Server, Logical Device and Logical Node do not contain any Log because only Logical Node Zero does ! 		04 Jan 07 Ballot Period
The new figure 2 is better than the one in the previous version.

Nevertheless, may I do the following remarks :
- why class names have been changed (e.g. correct LOGICAL-DEVICE is now replaced in the figure by unknown Logical Device) ?
- in the text, the comma between LOGICAL-NODE and "and DATA" should be suppressed, should not it ? 		04 Jan 07 Ballot Period
The conceptual information models shown in Figure 2 – "Basic conceptual class model of the ACSI" and Figure 3 – "Conceptual service model of the ACSI" have been completely revised.

The editors have decided to simplify the diagrams. The intention of these figures is to provide a first and general overview. Therefore we have used a generic "modeling language" which is intended to show the basic relations between the various definitions in IEC 61850-7-2.

Seveal relations have been revised for correctness.
