Issue

High/Low Frequency Ride-Through needs to be added, equivalent to High/Low Voltage Ride-Through in 90-7.

Also additional ramping capabilities should be added.

Modes should have a way of being permitted or not, not just activated or not

Decision at WG17 meeting Frankfurt a. Main (2015-06-25):
Several DOs proposed by Frances Cleveland shall be added to the WG17 UML model.

The following data objects have been added to the WG17 UML model:
- DOPM.OpModHzRt (Description: "Mode of operation – frequency ride-through enable/disable")
- DOPM.OpModVRt (Description: "Mode of operation – voltage ride-through enable/disable")
- RDGS.HiVRtSt (Description: "When equals to TRUE, high voltage ride-through incident is occurring")
- Existing DO RDGS.LoVRidthSt renamed to RDGS.LoVRtSt (Description: "When equals to TRUE, low voltage ride-through incident is occurring")
- DRCT.NomRmpUpRte (Description: "Nominal ramp up rate if separate up and down ramp rates are required. Ramp rate as percentage of current rather than power.")
- DRCT.NomRmpDnRte (Description: "Nominal ramp down rate if separate up and down ramp rates are required. Ramp rate as percentage of current rather than power.")
- DRCT.EmgRmpUpRte (Description: "Emergency ramp up rate. Ramp rate as percentage of current rather than power.")
- DRCT.ConnRmpDnRte (Description: "Disconnection ramp down rate (non-emergency). Ramp rate as percentage of current rather than power.")
- DRCT.ConnRmpUpRte (Description: "Soft-start reconnection ramp up rate. Ramp rate as percentage of current rather than power.")
- Enumeration CurveModeKind (used by DGSM.ModTyp) extended by items 9 .. 12 for low / high voltage or frequency ride-through

Will be included in coming CD 1 of IEC 61850-7-420 Ed. 2.
