Clause: 6.1.4 and 7.3.3

Paragraph:

Category: Issue for edition 2 of this part

Issue

The data objects (DOs) DRAZ.OpCircDirTms and DRAZ.OpCircQudTms whose meanings start with "Open circuit.." incorrectly use the abbreviation 'Op' (for 'Operate, operating/Trip order to circuit-breaker').
And the DOs DRAZ.ShCircDirTms and DRAZ.ShCircQudTms whose meanings start with "Short circuit.." incorrectly use the abbreviation 'Sh' (for 'Shunt').

Proposal

- Using the correct existing abbreviations 'Opn' (for 'Open, opened) and 'Srt' (for 'Short') from IEC 61850-7-4 is no valid alternative as this would cause a length of 13 characters to the mentioned DO names, which is greater than the maximum of 12 characters.
- Add new abbreviations 'Oc' (for 'Open circuit') and 'Sc (for 'Short circuit')
- Rename DRAZ.OpCircDirTms to DRAZ.OcDirTms
- Rename DRAZ.OpCircQudTms to DRAZ.OcQudTms
- Rename DRAZ.ShCircDirTms to DRAZ.ScDirTms
- Rename DRAZ.ShCircQudTms to DRAZ.ScQudTms
- Rename DPVM.MdulOpnCircV to DPVM.MdulOcV
- Rename DPVM.MdulSrtCircA to DPVM.MdulScA
